Настоящая публичная оферта (далее — Оферта) представляет собой официальное предложение сайта BuroEspana в лице Ирины Севостьяновой (далее — Консультант) о заключении договора оказания иммиграционных услуг с любым физическим лицом (далее — Клиент), на условиях, изложенных ниже. Акцепт настоящей Оферты, то есть совершение оплаты через сайт, означает полное согласие Клиента со всеми её условиями.

Oferta Pública para la Prestación de Servicios de Inmigración

La presente oferta pública (en adelante, la Oferta) constituye una propuesta oficial de la página web BuroEspana en representación de Irina Sevostianova (en adelante, el Consultor) para celebrar un contrato de prestación de servicios de inmigración con cualquier persona física (en adelante, el Cliente) bajo las condiciones que se detallan a continuación. La aceptación de la presente Oferta, es decir, el pago a través del sitio web, implica la plena aceptación por parte del Cliente de todos sus términos.

Консультант обязуется предоставить услуги, связанные с оформлением документов для получения вида на жительство, согласно условиям настоящей Оферты, а Клиент обязуется оплатить эти услуги.


Стоимость услуг и порядок оплаты
Стоимость услуг указывается на сайте. Оплата производится через платежную систему Stripe в полном объеме до начала оказания услуг. Комиссия за проведение платежей оплачивается Клиентом.

Objeto de la oferta
El Consultor se compromete a proporcionar servicios relacionados con la preparación de documentos para obtener un permiso de residencia de acuerdo con los términos de la presente Oferta, y el Cliente se compromete a pagar dichos servicios.

Precio de los servicios y forma de pago
El precio de los servicios se indica en el sitio web. El pago se realiza a través del sistema de pago Stripe en su totalidad antes del inicio de la prestación de los servicios. Las comisiones por transacciones son asumidas por el Cliente.
